Wakes up (immediately) at 10am (or 8 hours from bedtime)
Brushes teeth, washes face.
Goes to kitchen and hunts for food.
Food hunted (brunch).
Brings food out to living room.
Sits down.
Switches on the lappie.
Eat while browsing web.
Finishes lunch in 15mins.
Continues to browse web.

Browses until I feel sleepy
About 12.30pm
Takes nap
Nap nap nap
Nap nap nap
Wakes at 2pm. Starts to browse web

Dinner... ...

I look forward to every meal of the day
